Our team at We Make The Future Action is pleased to share this 2021-2022 Impact Report. It describes our organization’s history and the way we use race, class, and gender-informed narratives to move people to action and secure our vision for the future. 

There are many wins to celebrate since we were established as a standalone organization in 2021, and this report focuses on just a few that illustrate our approach, theory of change, and impact. 

We are honored and grateful to all the state and national partners, funders, and other allies who laid the strong foundation for We Make The Future Action to shift narratives in communities across the country. The next few years represent an opportunity for the organization to move into the next phase of strategy and innovation in service of our partners—to make the future together.
